By accessing this website (whether purchasing Products or Services or not) we assume you accept and agree these terms and conditions, private policy. Do not continue to use KPOP2CART if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

We reserve the all the rights of the website and the service we provided.

We are not liable for any your losses when you accessing or purchasing our website. We gives no warranty or representation for and is not legally liable for the loss, damage, delay, non-delivery or misdelivery of anything we sent out, whether insured or not, or to pay compensation in respect of an insured packet (letter or parcel) or its contents.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Supply Terms

Please noted that our products maybe brand new, resell, sealed, or unsealed.

All events and items are on a first come, first served basis.

Usually preorder products sell during same period as official manufacturers, it must be brand new and sealed. Please note that we might unbox your product for better packaging and protect the photocards if we consider the original packaging is harmful to the good. (For example, some merchandises may pack the photocards with a keyring, etc, usually the merchandises other than the photocards may cause damage to the photocards like serious dent.)

For album, it will be always sealed unless it stated as unsealed or member sorting.

For other products (for example, photocards, merchandises, etc.), it may be brand new, resell, sealed, or unsealed.

Usually photocards are new pulled from albums.

Photocards from old album (like 1-2+ years ago) may be new pulled or from reseller.

It’s common that photocards having minor scratches and dents. It may have small scratches or dents that are only visible at certain angles which is inevitable. Small minor scratches and indents are just the nature of the cards, or manufacturers’ fault, or the way they put and keep in an album with a bad packaging. We only consider it damaged if it has a visible crease. Anything that really inhibits the ability to clearly see the card. Small minor scratches and indents are just the nature of the cards.

The photo cards are very delicate items due to their nature, texture and original packaging. It can have small spots or scratches from its production process. Therefore we always double check all the photo cards very carefully so most of our goods do not have any notable defects. If the whole batch of goods with any evident defects that is a common problem made by manufacturer, we will state the problem in the product description. So please note that slight scratches and discolorations from its production are not a defect of the product, no reason for return of goods.

Please noted that the quality, texture, edge of the photocard may be different in serval batch due to manufacturer’s decision/ material. Especially pre order benefit (POB) are placing outside the album, It may have slight defect/ scatch/dent, etc damage on it due to the inproper packing. Please kindly understand the situation.

We may change the prices for products and services at any time.

We may sell second batch for every preorder item after stock arrived which can select your own choice but the price will be raised and limited amount only. (e.g. If we have 100 sets, first 80 sets pob for pre ordered, remaining 20 set will be listed for second batch)

We might send you gift in the order. Gift is free and non-profit item which is not for sale. It just for fan-made items. We are not liable for any responsibility. You should not resell the gift. The photos used in the gift for example all trade marks and all content like text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software accessible are owned and controlled by or licensed to the original company and manufacturer, we only sell the used items or resell. All rights in the content are belonged to those affiliates, licensors and/or licensees.

Gift can’t be a refund, return or exchange.

The contents and size may slightly vary due to the production process.

All product don’t include pre order benefit even it is in pre order period, unless the product’s description stated the pre order benefit is include. Special privileges will be presented 1:1 for each purchase quantity and will be presented based on payment completed. Special favors will be presented on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be exhausted early without additional notice.

Please understand that exchange/return because of defective perks is not possible.

Returns must be made with a special offer, and if components because of consumer carelessness are lost, they cannot be returned.

The content or schedule of event may be changed due to organizational circumstances.

You will receive an order summary on screen and/or by email (that you have signed up with a valid email address) meaning that we have received your order, but this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a particular item which is accepted by us only when we send you an email (“Dispatch Confirmation”) confirming your package is mailed out.

Order

After you placed your order, we will email you to confirm whether or not we have accepted your order. You receive a dispatch confirmation when the delivery is out (see below). We will not accept your order until payment for the order has been confirmed by us.

You can follow the onscreen instructions on the website to make an order, add items to cart, checkout, place order, read the information of the items. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We may make changes to these Supply Terms, which will be effective when posted on this website. We may not tell you directly the changes so please check the website for any updates. Your continued use of this website, we assume you accept and agree those changes.

The items that sell in this website for example all trade marks and all content like text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software accessible are owned and controlled by or licensed to the original company and manufacturer, we only sell the used items or resell. Unless otherwise specified, this website, and Content are for your personal and non-commercial use only. We are not liable for any losses.

These system requirements and any applicable fees when you access or purchase in our website are your responsibility. The services may be affected by the system or hardware or software you use. All terms or policy that provided by the software or hardware or third party will apply to you. We are not liable for any losses.

You need to be at least 18 years old to placing an order due to you are legally capable of reading, accepting and agree into binding contracts. Process order

Your order’s status will be pending before you pay. It will turn to processing, pre order or backorder after you paid and we confirm your payment from the uploaded payment receipt.

Backorder means the product you ordered is not in stock but it can be secured or on the way which need one more extra week to process the order based on the estimated dispatched date.

Pre order means the product you ordered is pre order. The dispatch date depend on the suppler and manufacturer.

Processing means the product is in stock and we can process it.

The estimated dispatch date that listed in the product page is just a reference. That does not mean that is the confirmed dispatch date. It may change without notification or updated information in the website.

We may make changes to these dispatch date. We may not tell you directly the changes so please check the website for any updates. Your continued use of this website, we assume you accept and agree those changes.

The processing of orders may delays due to holiday or specific/ unforeseen circumstances.

The processing time of same product in different is first come first serve.

If you purchase pre-order and regular items together, your shipment will be dispatched on the shipping date of the pre-order item you purchase.

Payment

All products listed in our website are in United Stated dollar. Please send us in USD$ in Paypal.

We only accept PayPal payment. Customers are responsible to pay the PayPal fee if you choose to pay directly in our site. The PayPal fee will be included in total price when you choose PayPal as your payment method.

You can pay PayPal through friends & family as we are friends. Please follow the instructions that show onscreen to finish the payment:

Please pay and upload the payment proof within 1 hour after checkout, otherwise the order will be canceled. Please follow the step:

  • Choose the payment method as PayPal f&f and place order
  • Please noted that if you place order with PayPal f&f, doesn’t mean we accept your order but just receive. We may reject your order for any reason prior to acceptance.
  • Follow the instruction shown that pay the total price in the order to my paypal email within 1 hours. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
  • Upload the payment screenshot in PayPal to your order page

If you pay through paypal friend & family, please upload your payment proof in the upload section in the order.

Don’t pay in G&S if you choose paypal friend & family as your payment method. If you pay in G&S when you supposed to pay in F&F, we will cancel your order and refund the money without paypal fee (paypal fee that charge when to send to us), OR we will contact you and ask for you pay the remaining amount before we send your order.

When you see the status of the order turn “processing” from “on-hold”, mean that we receive your payment but doesn’t mean we accept you order. We accept your order when you receive a dispatch confirmation when the delivery is out.

We may change the prices for products and services at any time.

Please confirm that the paying by card is yours and that the card have enough money or credit to pay.

Prices in our shop exclude delivery charges, which it added to the total amount and will be calculated and displayed on screen prior to your payment details being taken. We might need you to pay second payment if the delivery charge is over that we stated before.

 We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer’s responsibiliy. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Change of order

Any changing address or combining order or adding product, you need to contact us immediately after receiving the email confirmation, we can help you make a change for your order. We may accept or reject your request so please make sure that you addresses and your order details are accurate. We will not responsible for your mistake or loss.

No Cancellation order from you

You cannot cancel your order after you paid. After the payment is successful, we will not accept any cancel order from you. We will not refund to you if you cancel your order.

But please noted that we may reject your order for any reason prior to acceptance. If we cancel you order that you have paid already, only in this case, you will receive our refund.

REFUNDS POLICY

Our products are all final sales once you paid. 

There is no refund, return, cancellation or exchange will be made under any circumstances from customer request, unless the two circumstances describe below:

  1. We reject your order for any reason prior to acceptance. If we cancel you order that you have paid already, only in this case, you will receive our refund./
  2. We send you the different products or missing products that the sent items is/are not the same product you ordered (please request within 7 days after you received). In this case, we will contact you and maybe:
    • ask you to send the wrong items back, so please don’t open it up./
    • refund the amount of the missing items that doesn’t send to you only, NOT refund the whole order./
    • If the missing products is out of stock, we will refund the certain money./
    • other solutions.

Please provide your unboxing video as a proof for our record if you are different products or missing products that the sent items is/are not the same product you ordered. The unboxing video should show the sealed package in every angle ensure the package didn’t open yet and show the shipping label. Before requesting to the manufacturer, evidence must be provided that the item was not located from the very beginning. The evidence required must be an unboxing video showcasing all items received were unopened and sealed in the original packaging.

We only allow returns in special circumstances, this means your item must be unused and goods and package in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the unboxing video is not clear enough, is edited or suspicious that the package doesn’t same as the condition when we sent out, we reserve our rights to accept or reject our refund or return or exchange.

The refund will not include the PayPal fee, only the price that you pay for the products at that time.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING ITEMS OR PACKAGE DAMAGES INCURRED DURING TRANSIT. We always double check for  external damages.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– product obvious signs of use
– product has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For the return, you need to send the goods(unused and package in the same condition that you received it) to us first. The shipping fee will be covered by us if the returning reason is caused by us. Please confirm the repackaging of the goods is enough for protection. You need to send the goods with tracked shipping and provide the tracking number to us so we can confirm we can know the package arrived and as a proof. Once we receive the goods, we will refund to you. If the goods that we received do not same condition or same product we send to you, we will reject the refund or deduce the amount of total that we are going to refund to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gift can’t be a refund, return or exchanege.

You have to pay for shipping when returning/exchange due to a simple change of mind. We can make a refund the order after checking the return product and only the item fee will be refunded.

We pays for shipping when returning/exchange due to wrong delivery (wrong items or missing items).

Any shipping problem or mistake that caused by you during the returning process, you need to take responsible of the cost and fee. Otherwise, we will reject the refund or deduce the amount of total that we are going to refund to you.

We do not accept any unreasonable return or refund for customer without permission for us as we do not refund, return, cancellation or exchange will be made under any circumstances from customer request. Even you return the good to us, we will not refund to you if we did not accept the return before.

We are not liable for any your losses when you accessing or purchasing our website. We gives no warranty or representation for and is not legally liable for the loss, damage, delay, non-delivery or mis-delivery of anything we sent out, whether insured or not, or to pay compensation in respect of an insured packet (letter or parcel) or its contents.

[We do not accept return(s)&exchange(s) if ]

-the products has been received for more than 7 days
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling(However, the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to confirm the products, such cases are excluded.)
-In the case of home appliances, if the packaging is opened or broken and the product value is lost(ex : home appliances, foods, albums, etc..  However, the defective pixels such as laptop computers, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc..return/exchange will depend on the manufacturer’s standards.)
-If the value of the product is significantly reduced due to the customer’s use or partial consumption.(However, for cosmetics, etc., if a trial product was provided but normal product is used, do not accept return/exchange.)
-Due to over time, if the value of the product is significantly reduced and can’t be resell.-Packaging of replicable goods, etc.. is damaged
The outer case is for product protection, so if it is damaged, it is not considered as a product defect. We do not accept return(s) or a/s service.(For more information, please contact the C/S Center at 1:1 inquiry)
-In case of receipt incorrect product(s), if you do not have the picture or unboxing video (with tracking number) of the item you received, we don’t accept to return/exchange the product.
-When you request return(s)&exchange(s), you should return the gifts presented at the event or promotion together.If forgotten, you will not be able to return/exchange.-Due to the product characteristic, our inventory may run out early, so it may be difficult to exchange in case of simple change your mind. 

Delivery

But it takes longer than that due to COVID-19 these days and it depends on the shipping circumstance so we can not be sure how long it would be.

Please make sure that you addresses and your shipping methods are accurate. We will not responsible for your mistake or loss.

  • – An additional fee may be charged depending on the region.
  • – Delivery may be slightly delayed due to product availability and warehouse circumstances.
  • – As indicated on the product details, brand products are shipped directly from the brand with a separate shipping fee.
  • – For pre-order or custom-order products, please take note of the dispatch date and manufacture period indicated on the product details.
  • – If your order includes items that are not available for same-day dispatch, your order will be dispatched when all items are ready to ship.
  • – We will inform you if your order is out of stock and not available to ship. (※If you do not respond within 7 days to our email notification regarding out-of-stock items, your order will be automatically canceled.)

Your order will be usually fulfilled by the dispatch date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation email or, if no date is specified, then within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Shipping time varies by location.

Usually, we process your orders within 1-7 business days if that is in-stock items and the deliveries take 4-30 business days for most orders within the U.S. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 4 business days to process your order and up to 90 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Type of shipping method:

  • Air mail (No tracking): similar to stamped mail, no tracking will be provided.
  • Registered Surface Mail: the mail will be delivered to your country by sea shipping that mean it will be very slow. Signature is required when you receive the mail from postman.
  • Registered Air Mail: the mail will be delivered to your country by flight. Signature is required when you receive the mail from postman.
  • Tracked e-express: the mail must be tracked. Usually it deliver faster to air mail or registered air mail in normal situation.

In Registered mail, the signing part is depend on your country post’s, it may be skipped due to your country’s post office service or any inconvenience situation so they may just put the mail into your mail box. It will have the registered mail number. It can be tracked for some of the country depend on your country post’s service. However it is confirmed that registered mail cannot be tracked in United Stated, Germany, Australia, etc.

We recommend you select the tracked e-express as your shipping method if the tracking information is important for you.

Please contact us if you want courier shipping, we will let you know the price of shipping. (Usually $28+)

If we are not able to send item to your country after received your payment, we will refund to you.

If the mail is return to us due to incorrect address(the mistake caused by you), we will not refund. And if you request us to send to you again, extra shipping fee and 20% of the total amount of your order will be charged in addition.

Once a package leaves our facility we have no control as the package is now in the shipping carriers responsibility. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING PACKAGES. 

If your packages are marked as delivered please check in with neighbors, cameras, and local post office. At times the shipping carrier may have had the possibility of dropping off to the incorrect house or did not drop off at all. If you cannot locate your mail after checking in with all of the 3 places then what we can do is file a missing mail request. Such requests may take a week or more.

We might contact you and need you to pay second payment if the delivery charge is over that we stated before. After the second payment is paid then we will start preparing for the delivery.

We are not liable for any your losses when you accessing or purchasing our website. We gives no warranty or representation for and is not legally liable for the loss, damage, delay, non-delivery or misdelivery of anything we sent out, whether insured or not, or to pay compensation in respect of an insured packet (letter or parcel) or its contents.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
